The F20 spiral stair comes in kit form, which means that it has to be assembled on site. This can be done by any competent DIY person. The F20 comes with full written instructions. The landing platform supplied is universal and can be used to fix the stair into both circular and square openings or to the side of mezzanine floors. You can extend the height of the standard kit by buying extra treads and there is also a whole range of other useful accessories which include matching landing balustrades and riser bars.

Assembled size
There are three diameters to choose from 1200, 1400 or 1600mm. The standard kit comes with eleven treads and one universal landing platform (12 rises). It will achieve heights up to 2760mm. Additional treads can be purchased to achieve heights greater than this, up to a maximum of 3680mm (see below table).

The T20 is a DIY space saver stair kit which consists of 11 treads and a raking balustrade for one side. The treads and handrail are made from solid beech, which is a hardwood. They are factory finished with two coats of varnish, so you can use them straight away. The balusters are made from steel and are powder coated and coloured either grey or black.

The handrail is made from solid timber but a plastic handrail version is also available  (it is coloured to match the centre column and balusters).
